You can use pain, or at least the threat of pain, to make people who you are questioning a little more cooperative. You may use any Attack as part of your Persuasion to Intimidate.
Make your attack for its normal action cost, and must roll to hit successfully. If you succeed on the attack (and overcome the target's Resistance), you gain 1 Bonus to your Persuasion check. If you succeed by 5 or more, you gain 2 Bonuses. If you succeed by 10 or more, you gain 3 Bonuses.

The attack you make is only a threat: it does not have its usual effect on the target. So a Damaging attack does not risk Injuring a target or worse, for example. Rather than punching the target, you might be punching the wall next to him (or her) to demonstrate how hard you can hit, or dangling the target by his foot over a ledge. If you choose to actually use your attack to have its normal effect (by grabbing a target and crushing his or her hand, for instance), but you lose 1 Bonus this feat would grant you (it's hard to get the target to do what you want when he or she is crying out in pain).
Subtle attacks are useless as far as a demonstration of power is concerned, and are not useable with this feat.
